How is the guaranteed buyout price determined?

It's based on a market analysis of your home's current value, adjusted for holding costs, repair estimates, and resale risk. Think of it as a fair wholesale price — lower than full retail, but guaranteed and fast. You'll know this number before you sign anything.

Do I have to accept the buyout?

No. If your home doesn't sell in 30 days, the buyout is your option, not your obligation. You can continue listing traditionally if you prefer. The guarantee gives you a floor, not a ceiling.

What are the requirements?

Your home must be listed at the mutually agreed-upon price, you need to cooperate with showings and keep the property in showing condition, and you must be able to deliver clear title at closing.

Does every home qualify?
